05The model
Asset-light at the platform. Asset-backed at the project.
Each campus is held in a ring-fenced project company. Silicon Oasis originates the site and customer demand, structures the financing, and governs delivery.
Specialist partners build, commission, and operate the infrastructure under long-term contracts. The same SPV structure, contracting framework, and partner network can then be replicated across additional qualified sites.

Our first Baja California campus is in development.
